A Root Cause Analysis is a structured approach to problem
solving within organizations.
The Root Cause Analyzer is designed for companies building or
operating large technical installations in the heavy
industry. Many companies in the heavy industry suffer
severely from expensive system failure or downtime, yet they
have no systemized way of analyzing the root cause. This
results in reoccurring problems.
The Root Cause Analyzer is a plug-in to existing ERP /
Maintenance Systems such as SAP®, Maximo®, Oracle EAM® or
AMOS® and links the Root Cause Report directly to the
related equipment, thus ensuring precise identification of
the equipment.
